In integrated Alchemy, the components are integrated rather than added mathematically.
According to The Seer Almine, we now have the unique opportunity to raise humanity above the global crisis. To do this, we need to first integrate within ourselves the components of Gratitude + Love. That means that we need to feel bothof these states very strongly at the same time.The result will yield Physical Manifestation of Inner Intent.
After integrating these first two components, then we add to them a very strong feeling of Praise. The result of this is Transcendence by Elevating Reality to a Higher Level of Expression.
