The 13th composition Shattering the Matrices is the culmination of the album. In it, you will hear the sound of glass shattering 12 times. Recently Almine shared with us her experience of shattering the matrices. In a vision she saw the matrices made from thick glass, and intense emotions must be expressed to shatter them. In her recent Seminar in Ohio (July 19-21, 2019) Almine mentioned that, besides cosmic matrices, each of us have our own personal matrices made from belief systems, which we can shatter by creating intense emotions. Almine stressed that they do not have to be traumatic emotions – intensity is the key.

We recommend listening to this album in its entirety at least 1 time, or as many times as you wish, to create for yourself a 2-hour-long Sacred Musical Ceremony. Make yourself comfortable, just rest and enjoy the music. Allow yourself to be fully immersed in the power and intensity of the pure emotions, and to fully release them in the Shattering the Matrices composition. You may want to shout, sing and dance – to express yourself exuberantly and boundlessly.
However, you may also listen to it randomly: You may pick any of the pair of emotions which you desire to intensify in your self-expression. Or you may like some of the tracks better than others and you may wish to give them more attention.
