If we wish to do the Manifestation Protocol, in addition to the Timemap Protocol, will we need a second Alchemical Runes deck?

Both protocols work in 24-hour cycles. If you wish to perform both simultaneously, you will require a second deck. Alternatively, you may alternate the protocols. Remember, these are the only protocols that require Alchemical Runes. Regular readings and spreads may be done with the printed version of the ninth deck, as provided in the various webinars.
The very exciting aspect that is not to be understated, of preparing for this entry into the Field of the One – is that in the Field of the One there is a very larger portion of responsibility placed upon the Holy Ones on Earth to create their own reality.
It is therefore important as we prepare for this that we realize what is manifesting of our own reality and the quality of it really entails and how do the Principles of Fluid Existence work.
We are going to study the use of Alchemical Rune Mastery in creating that, which we wish to have as our reality in the Field of the One. It is like a blank canvas. What exactly is it, that we are going to be painting?
We have been dealing with our Runes only at one level – guidance. There is also a second level to the aspect of Runes, which only is present in the 9th Rune deck – manifestation. To manifest, we need 2 of those layers. And it is not just a matter of guidance. It is a matter of bringing it about. You have to use both levels, because, again, they make the Alchemy that produces the result.
Previous attempts by us to manifest the world around us have taken into consideration only the static points – that, which is. And it has worked with that which wants it to be. But these are all static concepts. But within these points there has to be flow. It is interaction between the flow and the static that makes manifestation dynamic, which gives it vitality.
We will now learn the Protocol of how to do this with the 9th Rune deck. There are 96 Runes (cards) in your 9th Rune deck. There are also 96 Principles of Fluid Existence. They map out currents in the flow of life. The currents match up with the points. In other words, Rune #1, the pertinent, relevant Principle of Fluid Existence that it has a relationship with, is the Principle of Fluid Existence #1. Principle #16 matches with the Rune #16. Numbers match up.
For the manifestation process you need 9th Rune deck and 96 Principles of Fluid Existence card deck. Let us say, you draw the Rune card #36. Then you find the Fluid Principle #36.
What do these 2 do together – the Rune and the Principle? How do they together create that which you intend? First of all, the Principles of Fluid Existence are actually portals. What is a portal? A portal is a means of flow through the static. In other words, you have a point here on the land, and you have a point there on the land, and in the middle you have a dam. If you open the sluices of the dam, you have opened a portal for the flow of the water to spread between these two points. So, the Principles of Fluid Existence are portals of flow. They are portals, through which the flow of life animates, in this instance, the principles of the Runes.
Let us say, you wish to manifest peace in your office environment, where you work. So, now, you draw your Rune to see what is it that is necessary for that peace to occur? The Rune is coupled with the corresponding Principle of Fluid Existence, which gives you potential and opportunities. The Runes that you draw from your 9th Rune deck tell you, what is. The accompanying Principles of Fluid Existence tell you, what potential it has, what could be. The Principles of Fluid Existence tell you what you can make of that which is, what potential outcome, what potential creative solution, what potential hangs around that, which is. You couple the Rune with its Principle of Fluid Existence, and now you can see, what it can become, what can come out of this situation in your office.
Truly feel the possibilities. Choose what you feel as a possibility and begin to envision it.
Take the Rune card that you drew and the corresponding card with a Principle of Fluid Existence and overnight lay it on the Power Wheel of the Five Elements.
Through the night, when you think of it, when you go to work the next day, you look at the Rune card with its Principle lying on your Wheel of the Five Elements. Just as an image see that potential as if it is already actualized, and leave it there for 24 hours, and in the 24 hours envision the potential as if it has come about.
It is important step that you take time to truly feel, how the Principle, when applied, can change the Alchemy, can change the vitality, can change that which is.
